It sounds to me like Isaac slept well.

I slept pretty well; got to sleep almost immediately after going to bed, and the sleep was comfortable and refreshing. It wasn't all that long though; as you can see I'm awake 5 hours later. Up to you how to count that.

How does this resolve if I sleep poorly for reasons unrelated to the market?

@IsaacKing I think the only really resolution criteria is whether or not you sleep well. You've already seen spindle enter "the market" so if you don't sleep well for other reasons you'd still meet the title's criteria
