The US Supreme Court granted cert in the case of TikTok v. Garland, to decide the question of "Whether the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act, as applied to petitioners, violates the First Amendment."

Oral arguments to be held Jan 10, 2025. Each sub-question will resolve YES if the relevant justice finds in favor of TikTok -- i.e. finds the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act to be unconstitutional.

If any justice fails to issue a vote, the sub-question will resolve N/A. If the court decides not to issue a decision (e.g. by DIGing) all sub-questions resolve N/A.

The market will remain open until a decision is issued.
