Resolves YES if NVIDIA publicly announces a broad return to office (RTO) mandate before the end of the year. The mandate does not have to take effect yet, just be announced.

A broad RTO mandate would be something like, all employees within a certain range of an NVIDIA office are expected to be in the office three days or more a week unless they have an exception.
