250k/year for 10 years is the straightforward/predictable route, but hardly the only one. Buying a bunch of the right stocks or cryptocurrencies could easily do it; some have returned more than 20x in 10 years so a single 50k purchase at the right time would suffice. So could inheriting a house (or other investments, but houses are the big ones for most Americans).
