I'm moving to SF. Market resolves to YES if by the end of November I'm offered or find a place to rent that meets the following conditions:

• Space: I get a private bedroom (of any size), there's either a usable common area kitchen or I get a kitchenette

• Location: less than a 30 minute walk/transit ride to Civic Center Bart according to Google Maps

• Cost: <$1400/month for rent + utilities + any other required costs

• Lease: 3 months or less

• Vibes: its isn't extremelly dirty, illegal, hostile to me, or otherwise an obviously bad idea (I'm fairly vibes-tolorant, being mildly any of these things is acceptable)

Market resolves to YES even if I don't end up renting it, though I think it's likely I would rent a place that meets these conditions.
