I go to the gym 2-3x per week, squatting every other session for 3 sets x 5 reps. I currently squat 135lbs for 3x5 with ~8 RPE. I do some accessory lifts but mostly focus on four compound lifts (squat, bench, DL, OHP). I'll post biweekly training updates in the comments.
Potential confounders: busy with job, not enough protein (trying to be vegan-y).
