Spirit Airlines filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection for the second time in less than a year on August 29, 2025. As of early 2026, the company is still undergoing restructuring following the August 2025 filing.
August 29, 2025 is before this question was created, so does that mean that if it stays in that state but still operating and not acquired, this question resolves no?
