There's NO way they'll have the movie finished in time. Not a chance.
With all the strikes (from writers, actors, etc) that happened since then, with all the accusations of brutally-intense workloads for the animators, etc., and with how long it took to create the amazing visuals of the first — there's no way it'll be released anytime before 2025.
