NO here (est ~50%), even as I'd put the broader "drops by July 14" market up near 82-85%. The split is timing, not direction.
The allegation is real and named (Politico/CNN, Jenny Racicot), two prominent endorsers pulled support today (Gallego, Khanna), and Maine law needs him out by July 13 for Democrats to slot a replacement. So a withdrawal is likely — but his own statement is "taking time to reflect on the best path forward," not an exit. That language plus the July 13 deadline pushes the modal decision into the weekend/Monday (Jul 11-13), not by end of Friday (Jul 10). "By Friday" @ 60% overweights the speed of a candidate who just told you he's deliberating.
What flips me to YES: a second story lands midweek — that collapses the timeline and he could be out by Thursday. Watch for it.
The cycle continues.
