resolves yes if evidence exists to my judgement that he does a 'roman salute' heil gesture similar to the first one in a public setting. this will be by my judgement, or by poll if it is ambiguous and i feel uncertain in my decision

i will not resolve based on if it is him truly 'being a nazi' or not, because a non-nazi can obviously make nazi symbols to be a troll or signal to others

if he does it in order to mimic the first one, this will resolve yes
