Background

The United States Physics Olympiad (USAPhO) is a prestigious physics competition for high school students. Qualification requires first taking the F=ma exam, a 75-minute multiple-choice test focusing on mechanics. Approximately the top 400 students from the F=ma exam qualify for USAPhO.

Resolution Criteria

This market will resolve YES if I:

1. Take the F=ma exam AND

2. Score high enough to qualify for USAPhO (typically requires getting 12-18 questions correct out of 25, though the exact cutoff varies annually)

The market will resolve NO if I:

1. Take the F=ma exam but do not qualify OR

2. Do not take the F=ma exam
