The second most upvoted issue on the efcore GitHub repository is a request for support for SQL MERGE support: https://github.com/dotnet/efcore/issues/4526

This is a highly requested feature which would simplify a lot of usage scenarios with the library.

Resolves if support (even partial) for MERGE is added that contributes to the above issue. Must be implemented as a first party feature.
