By the end of 2025, will a company get sued for giving a captcha which a human isn't able to solve? It may be a particular individual who is unable to pass the captcha, or the lawsuit may involve more general claims of the captcha not being passable in some sense.

Resolution criteria (provisional):
This question will resolve YES or NO by the end of 2025. If the need arises, I will defer to the best suggested definition of "being sued" given in the comments. I am not a legal expert and will appreciate help from anyone who is more knowledgeable than me.
