This market resolves to whichever team wins an NBA championship first. Resolution will be determined by checking the official NBA championship records at NBA.com. The market resolves "Lakers" if the Lakers win a championship before the Clippers win one, and "Clippers" if the Clippers win first.

Background

The Lakers have won 17 NBA Championships since their founding in 1946, while the Clippers have never won a championship. The Clippers are the oldest franchise in North American professional sports to have never appeared in a championship game.
