for the purpose of this market, P2P payments must be available to at least 4 locations with a different primary currency (meaning, four countries within the eurozone would not count, but USD, CAD, EUR, and NZD would). all countries must be fully launched and not in rollout/beta/testing, even as a premium or subscription-based service.
