Context: #ysws-license includes a prospective program by @Deven where trusted community members could be licensed to run programs without being sponsored by a gap year or other HQ staff, and would be limited to US-Canada only. This market will resolve YES if it (or a similar concept) is implemented & a prospective program starts before July 1, 2027.
