This is a commitment device market about avoiding mobile devices while in bed.

1. Timeframe

   2026-03-18 to 2026-04-31, inclusive.

2. Prohibited devices and content

• While in bed, no use of smartphones, tablets, or laptops is permitted. This doesn't include streaming audio to headphones.

• E-readers are allowed.

3. Allowances and exceptions

• Up to 5 minutes total per day of prohibited mobile device use in bed is tolerated, combined across all devices and content. (added for practicality)

4. Resolution criteria

• YES if total mobile device usage in bed did not exceed 5 minutes combined on any day during the timeframe.

• NO if mobile device usage in bed exceeded 5 minutes combined on any day
