I use markets like this as commitment devices to help me manage my chronic depression. I successfully ran this market over the period of one month, in July.

Two rules apply:

• if I don't spend the day at home, that day doesn't count

• I can work ahead for the next day, e.g. if I clean for 40 minutes, I don't have to clean the next day

I will not bet on this market.
