This is a commitment device market about completely avoiding mobile devices in my bedroom, with no tolerated usage whatsoever.

1. Timeframe

   CW 18 (ISO), 27 April - 03 May 2026.

2. Prohibited devices

• Mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, and laptops) must stay outside of my bedroom.

• Accidentally bringing mobile devices into the bedroom does not trigger an NO resolution, provided I do not use the device there.

3. Resolution Criteria

• YES if I dont use a mobile device in my bedroom, within the timeframe.

• NO if I use a mobile device in my bedroom, within the timeframe.
