Study Protocol
No use of smartphones or web browsing during seminars, study groups, and workshops (or any other kind of event related to my studies) unless it is relevant to the event.
Exceptions include break times, emergencies, and incoming calls, which may be answered but kept brief.
Smartphones will be kept out of reach for the duration of the event to help me achieve this goal. (not mandatory)
Resolution Criteria
YES if I meet all requirements for every lecture and preparation task within the timeframe.
NO if I fail on any single requirement.
Resolution based on honor system.
