64% chance. He's intent on winning the youth vote. This market will resolve YES if Vivek appears in a Halloween costume at an appearance or in one of his social media accounts. It does not need to be a recent photo if it is only on social media. If he shares an old picture of him dressed up as the Tax Monster from 2000, when he was in the Eighth grade, it would still resolve YES. Even if his costume is incredibly lame like wearing a cape and fangs, or as a baby crawling on the floor inhaling fentanyl dust, it would still resolve YES. The kids love Halloween. Let's see if he can motivate the youth to care about presidential politics, which is something he didn't care about until he became a bored millionaire.
