I'm writing an essay for humanities about a regulated organ market (if you are wondering why your president is in 8th grade, see the market /realDonaldTrump/am-i-screwed-read-desc).

I'm going to be posting drafts below. I will update once daily to my latest draft. Right now I only have notes and I am beginning an outline. Feel free to make suggestions or give feedback.

Background

I am generally a good humanities student, and I got an A grade with excellent effort overall so far. My last writing grade was for an in-class timed essay about Arthur Miller's The Crucible in which I received an A-.

Resolution

This market resolves YES if I get an A on my essay. My school doesn't do A+ and it will resolve NO in case of an A- grade.

How does someone get a grade on something they write in 2025, does the instructor magically know if you wrote it yourself or if you had your AI assistant do it?

@Eliza Our teacher uses a feature called draftback that plays back a video of the essay being written and looks for stuff being copied and pasted.

Also he just kind of reads it and knows... but I think the people in our class actually want to do the assignment in general and I wouldn't suspect anyone of using it (expensive private school).
