• If TikTok remains operational in the US by the deadline, the market resolves “No.”

Resolution criteria clearly state: "If TikTok remains operational in the US by the deadline, the market resolves NO." So even though it was banned briefly, so long as TikTok remains operational on May 31, then this ought to resolve NO
