Applicable only if testimony is oral, whether live in person or pre-recorded, and delivered in front of Congress or under a congressional subpoena.
Written statements, letters, transcripts, or responses submitted in writing without oral appearance do not qualify.
Interviews by DOJ, court hearings, or testimony before other agencies do not qualify.
The market will resolve to “No” if no qualifying testimony occurs by December 31, 2025 at 23:59 PT.
Sources for determination must include official Congressional records, video or audio of the testimony, or credible reports from reputable media outlets confirming the testimony occurred before Congress.
