Resolution criteria

The tournament takes place at the International Tennis and Squash complex in Doha, Qatar, from 8 to 14 February 2026. The winner will be determined by the singles champion as reported on the WTA official website and major tennis databases (ATP/WTA Tour, ESPN, Tennis Explorer). The market resolves to whichever answer corresponds to the tournament champion.

Background

Elena Rybakina, coming off her second Grand Slam title at the Australian Open, will start in Doha as the clear favourite despite being seeded second. Rybakina has won 14 of her last 15 matches on the tour while Swiatek is looking for her first title of the season. Swiatek won the title in Doha in 2022, going on to clinch the No. 1 ranking and capture two major titles. Amanda Anisimova will be back to defend her title. World No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka opted to pull out of the event, as did Jessica Pegula and Belinda Bencic.
