im only going to start with the options for the top 10 as pictured here, more can and will be added if they enter the top 10 at a later date.
as far as payout is concerned, i have an unverified understanding that you can do split payouts for multiple choice? not entirely certain. if that is true, i will payout 70%/20%/10% for 1st/2nd/3rd. if that's not true, i will pay out 100% for 1st.

@JoshuaWilkes i realized my error immediately, i was waking up in bed closing all the markets that had close times overnight and realized right after i closed this one which should’ve been slated for oct 2. hopefully there aren’t fluctuations which make changes so the result remains correct, otherwise i’ll figure out how to correct it
