Resolves to the hour UTC when Global Network is marked OPERATIONAL on status page.

The status is not showing as resolved yet, but the text is indicating that it's fixed, and it's working on my end. Guess we'll see when they actually mark it as operational.

still marked offline at 15 utc … I’ll check again periodically to make sure it resolves per the stricter resolution criteria… (but yes websites are working again)
