I've been trying to bulk up for about 10 years, with various degrees of success. Last year I managed to add another 2kg (4.4lbs).

This year I'm targetting 69kg because it's a round number. I've also been pretty good at counting calories, with the graph on the MacroFactor app showing some good stats.

However, I can always get injured and/or my lifestyle could change and slide back to the 60kg level where I was in 2020.
