This market will resolve YES iff reliable news reports indicate that CZ has physically set foot in the UAE for any amount of time by the end of the year, December 31, 2023 (after he came to the US to plead guilty in Seattle).
Background:
CZ has requested to be allowed to be in Dubai until he is sentenced in February 2024 in US federal court.
A federal magistrate judge has ordered that CZ be allowed to return to the UAE while out on bail pending sentencing. See https://cointelegraph.com/news/cz-released-on-bond-may-return-to-dubai.
However, the federal government has filed a motion for a district judge (a higher judge than a magistrate judge) to modify the bail requirements and require CZ to stay in the US pending sentencing. The magistrate judge's order allowing CZ to return to the UAE is on hold until November 27th at 5pm. If the district judge grants review, the order could be on hold until the district judge makes a decision.
