In 2020, Thekla, Inc. announced Braid, Anniversary Edition, a remake of the 2008 video game Braid.
The game was originally announced with an "early 2021" release date, but the game is still not available at the time of this writing.
This market resolves YES if Braid: Anniversary Edition is released in a completed state (not early access, or a "Part 1 of N" type of situation) on any platform in 2023. This resolves NO if the game is not released in full by January 1st, 2024 (Eastern Standard Time.)

@Blomfilter While I think it is very unlikely that the game will be released earlier than what they’re currently saying, there’s still technically a possibility, and the market description says that it only resolves NO if it hasn’t come out by 2024. So we’ll have to wait about 1.5 ish months.

To summarize (in case you can't/won't read the Tweet/Xeet,) Jon is saying that the game is "still in development" and will come out around the end of this year or the beginning of next year. He then says he's looking to hire someone to work on the game, and the rest is pretty much a job ad.
@nottelling2ccc "It will come out around the end of this year or the beginning of next year" (paraphrased) is what's most relevant for our purposes. This makes me slightly more likely to believe that the game could launch this year, but I'm not too confident. (I'm not betting in this market since it's my first.)
