Resolves yes if the Italian National Anthem will be played at the Japanese Grand Prix podium. (Either Antonelli, Leclerc, Hamilton, Lindblad, or Lawson wins (If I forgot a name tell me in comments))

Resolves no if the Italian National Anthem is not played at the Japanese Grand Prix podium.

This will be based off of provisional result, meaning even if whoever crosses the line first gets disqualified later for weight or some other issue, if the Italian Anthem was played for them, it counts as played.
