Will resolve YES on the anime with the most votes on a poll (from January 2nd to January 14th 2024) I'll run after market closes. The poll will have the options of the market which is an anime from Japan, as underrated is subjective.
An Japanese anime is defined as an anime with an Japanese director or which come from a Japanese studio.
