Deleted accounts abandon their markets, and abandoned markets cause problems. This has happened many times, here is one example

• relatively inexperienced trader/creator

• news breaks, they check their market in a panic and post that they don't think it resolves yet

• [Large holder of a position] comments that he personally thinks it might resolve

• creator appears to panic and resolves in a way many participants think is premature

• creator very quickly deletes account

If a proposed "transfer market resolver" option exists, this resolves YES. If deleted accounts can resolve markets, this resolves YES.

Adding a time delay before deleting accounts will not count.
