A ban is determined by Manifold or the Banned role.

If the Partner Creator program ceases to exist with nothing to replace it, resolves N/A. If the Partner Creator program is changed to something similar, and the new program has similar themes, this market will still continue. Newly added partners will count.

A temporary ban resolves YES.

Does not include firstuserhere or BTE who are already banned before the start of this market, unless one of them get unbanned, re-added to partner, and banned again.
