Defined by having more Republicans than Democrats, as listed on the ballot. However, party switches after elections do count if official. If equal, then resolves to 50%. A coalition may include only Republicans or only Democrats. A non-caucusing member is not part of a coalition. The coalition must have an elected speaker in an officially recorded vote. The coalition must contain at least 21 or more members. If the house does not organize by the 2026 election, resolves N/A.
