This market will resolve if Pokelawls and XQC play a game together intentionally before the end of the year for more than 30m total in one stream.

Ex: Both being on NoPixel at the same time would not count.
Ex: If they swap games but are still playing together, the playtime on those games can be combined to get to 30m.
