If I make a tool for absolute pitch learning in adults, will anyone actually learn to have absolute pitch using it?

I saw this study and asked little shoggoths to make a demo, they made this.

If I improve it (e.g., add a bunch of different tones- we want people to learn, not to test generalization; add the sheppard tone to break relative pitch learning; colors, etc.) and get it in front of at least 10 people who've not previosuly had absolute pitch and will spend at least 50 hours using it, will we measure improvement?

Congratulations on the successful experiment!

according to reports on Twitter, some people succeeded

... and fixed and should actually work now!

Okay, the demo has been improved.

The title says “learn to have absolute pitch,” and the description says “measure improvement”. How is achieving absolute pitch or “improving” at it measured?

@SorenBjornstad the precision of recognition of pitches

The sample size maybe a bit low, but I'm willing to bet yes. Because most people don't even practice this sort of thing at all.
