Resolution criteria

This question will resolve as Yes if the United States Dollar (USD) to Euro EUR rate reaches 0.935 or higher at the close of any trading day after August 13, 2024 and before October 1, 2024, according to closing prices posted at Yahoo Finance.

Otherwise, this question will resolve as No.
