Before August 22, 2024, will President Joe Biden take any of these specific actions to end his candidacy for re-election?

Resolution criteria

This question will resolve as Yes if, before August 22, 2024, any of these four events takes place with respect to the 2024 US presidential election, resolved in accordance with the Metaculus credible source policy:

1. President Joe Biden or his campaign announces that Biden will not seek or accept the Democratic Party's nomination or (if he is officially nominated before August 22, 2024), Biden resigns as the nominee.

2. Biden officially releases his delegates from their pledge to vote for him in the Democratic Party's presidential roll call ballot.

3. Biden endorses another person to be the Democratic nominee.

4. Biden ceases to be President of the United States.

If none of these events occur before August 22, 2024, this question resolves as No.
