The U.S. has piled Russia with sanctions, especially since the start of the Ukraine War. More recently in 2024, the U.S. imposed more sanctions in response to the death of Navalny in Russian prison.

This market will resolve YES if the U.S. imposes even more sanctions on Russia during the rest of 2024. The implementation of sanctions already announced but aren't implemented won't count, for it to count they have to be completely new. If on January 1st, 2025, there are no new sanctions, this market will resolve NO.
