This market will resolve YES if a passenger aircraft carrying two or more passengers is shot down over the Middle East during the Iran-Israeli conflict. A passenger aircraft is defined as any aircraft used for the purpose of civil aviation, and specifically excludes any aircraft used for military purposes. "Shot down" includes being damaged significantly enough that the aircraft needs to conduct an emergency landing.
For now, this market is open for one month, but it will be extended if the conflict between Israel and Iran is still ongoing in one month. I will no longer count the conflict as "ongoing" if there are no direct strikes from Israel to Iran, or vice versa, for one month.
