It's been announced by Speaker Mike Johnson that Bibi Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, will address a Joint Session of Congress. If he ends up not attending in 2024, all responses will resolve NO. Close date will be extended as necessary.
Unless otherwise noted, any option that references a "live stream" refers to atleast one of the live streams of C-SPAN, CNN, and FOX, and only refers to footage from inside of the chamber. Any option that refers to words spoken by Netanyahu will only refer to words spoken while on the platform delivering his remarks.

@UnspecifiedPerson @DanielFox9fff Good question. I don't think that's in the spirit of the question, I wouldn't count that. On that topic, I also wouldn't count Hebrew words if they are the same words in English as well. City names also wouldn't count for either.
