like rn it’s not great but it’s still safe enough. I’m a young woman and i still walk around by myself there at night when necessary as i only take public transit. the homeless/unhoused population is still pretty nonviolent even though there has been a surge in unpredictable behavior. people holler nasty things sometimes but nobody’s ever physically touched me
@Kronopath Yeah, like many other markets. The closest measure I can come up with, is asking 10 people, would they feel fine taking a walk around the block there at 2am and aim for 8 YESs or more.
