Grogu has to speak in a way that his voice can be understood to native English speakers, and he must utter at least 1 sentence comprised of more than 3 words.

It doesn’t matter how this occurs (dreams, the Force, speaking audibly…etc.), as long as it happens in a Star Wars television or movie released by Disney/LucasFilms. Video games, theme park rides, cruise ship attractions…etc. do not count.
