Facebook banned Filmwerkstatt Düsseldorf (FD) in December 2021 without giving a reason.

Together with the Gesellschaft für Freiheitsrechte (GFF), FD filed a lawsuit at the Landgericht Düsseldorf on 2023-02-23.

Resolves YES, if FD has a Facebook page before 2026.

Resolves NO, if no such Facebook page is available at any point even if they win the lawsuit.
