@marktwse I added the year to all answers. "March any year" style makes no sense to me. Since "January" is at 0 suggests that most people agree.
@marktwse It's not a dupe. Yours is about the announcement of a release date, that one is about the announcement of the device. They don't HAVE to happen on the same day.
