Germany's train company, Deutsche Bahn, negotiates with the EVG union. There was a short strike already and now mediation. The vacation season has started Germany and many people travel by train. It lasts until September 11 when Bavaria has its last day.
Resolves YES if EVG organizes a strike of at least one day covering long distance trains (ICE, IC, IRE) before September 11.
Resolves NO immediately if EVG and DB close negotiations for a new union contract successfully.
