OMNY, the New York MTA's contactless open-loop payment system, currently offers [weekly capping](https://omny.info/fares). To be a full replacement for the MetroCard, what's still missing is any form of monthly capping or monthly pass.

This question will only resolve to YES for monthly capping, i.e. automatic capping for a period of anything between 28 and 31 days or a calendar month.

Requiring any upfront purchase (like the 30-day MetroCard currently does) will resolve to NO, as will anything requiring any other medium than an open-loop credit or debit card (e.g. being limited to the physical OMNY card would not count either).
