Resolution Criteria: This market will resolve to YES only if BOTH conditions are met:

1. Spain wins the match within the regular 90 minutes + injury/stoppage time.

2. Lionel Messi fails to score any goals or provide any official assists during those regular 90 minutes.

This market will resolve to NO if:

• The match goes into Extra Time or Penalties (even if Spain wins later).

• Argentina wins the match.

• Spain wins within 90 minutes, but Messi scores a goal or makes an assist.

Resolution will be strictly based on official FIFA match statistics.
