This market resolves to "YES" if the streets cease to be blocked by the protestors before March 1st 2022 at 00h01 EST and normal operations resume. The market will still resolve to "YES" if, between their removal and March 1st 2022 at 00h01 EST, the protestors come back.
Feb 18, 3:08pm: I will possibly close this market soon, based on recent news. However, I will wait to see if the police will succeed in removing the protestors first as stated in the "YES" condition.
